Fundraising Manager

The purpose of the Fundraising Manager is to develop and execute strategic fundraising efforts.  They will work with the Executive Director and other key staff to understand the program needs and the resources necessary to meet these needs. They also plan and develop special fundraising events, budget oversight included, and work to cultivate and solicit donors, plan and implement stewardship activities and secure sponsorships.

The successful candidate will bring passion, creativity and energy to their work, and an established record of securing major gifts from diverse sources.  The Fundraising Manager will be committed to helping to eliminate sexual assault and is comfortable discussing this issue with potential donors (a 40-hour issue-based training is provided for all employees).

Bilingual Therapist

The purpose of the Bilingual Therapist is to provide therapy and advocacy services to survivors of sexual assault and abuse with a particular emphasis on Latino/Latina communities.  This includes the delivery of services in Spanish.  This position also conducts community outreach to educate the community about the issue of sexual assault and to enhance utilization of The Blue Bench’s services by Latino/Latina clientele which includes building and maintaining networks with other organizations that serve this population.

Prevention Specialists

Do you have experience as a workshop facilitator or educator? Are you passionate about sexual violence prevention? If so, working as a Prevention Specialist with The Blue Bench might be the job for you! The primary role of the Prevention Specialist is to be an engaging and professional facilitator within all of The Blue Bench Prevention Programs. This position requires excellent public speaking skills, a strong understanding of the dynamics of sexual violence, and ability to work flexible hours. The Blue Bench serves our diverse Denver Metro communities and values diversity among staff. Community Organizers

The Blue Bench is the only sexual assault prevention and care center in the country that runs a full-time, professional community organizing (door-to-door canvass) department!  We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for social justice and a commitment to ending sexual violence in our communities.


Position hours:
FULL TIME: Mon-Fri, 2-10 PM
PART TIME: 3 days/ wk, 2-10 PM

$408.00/wk plus bonuses
PART TIME: $206.40/wk plus bonuses
