Connect, heal, and grow with others in our supportive groups and workshops.

  • A skills group for adult LGBTQIA+ survivors of sexual assault.

    Begins with Connection:

    This is a 9-week closed group for LGBTQIA+ identified survivors of sexual assault (ages 18 and up), who are in the beginning stages of their healing. 

    This therapist led, module-based group covers eight skills for coping, emotion regulation and self-care, and provides psycho-education on the effects of trauma.

  • A skills group for adult survivors of sexual assault.

    Begins with Hope:

    This is a 6-week ongoing group for female-identified survivors of sexual assault (ages 18 and up), who are in the beginning stages of their healing. This therapist-led, module-based group covers six skills for coping, emotion regulation, and self-care, and provides psycho-education on the effects of trauma.

  • Breaking the Silence:

    Currently creating an interest list! This men's group is conducted within a safe peer-support environment and is facilitated by two experienced professionals.

  • A group for teen survivors of sexual violence. Currently adding to our interest list for Summer.

    Standing Strong:

    This is a 7-week closed group for teen survivors. In this group, you will meet other teens who have survived similar experiences, learn new skills to cope with your past, and receive support throughout your healing process.

  • This is a three-hour workshop for partners, family, and friends (ages 17+) of sexual assault survivors. It is held in both English and Spanish.

    Someone I Love/Mi Ser Querido:

    We know that those supporting survivors benefit from opportunities to learn more about the impacts of sexual assault, talk with others about how to effectively support their loved one, and get support themselves.

    The workshop covers topics such as:

    • Understanding trauma
    • Helping a loved one
    • What about me?

    This workshop is NOT designed for survivors or service providers. It is held in both English and Spanish.
