Sexual Harassment Training for the Workplace
SHIELD Logo

SHIELD is a 90-minute training designed to help businesses foster respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free workplaces. This interactive program equips employees with practical tools to recognize, prevent, and respond to sexual harassment.

Participants gain a clear understanding of legal definitions, workplace rights and responsibilities, and the personal and organizational impacts of harassment. Through real-life scenarios and empathy-building exercises, they also explore the power of bystander intervention and how to create a culture of accountability and care.

Participants will learn to:
  • Recognize sexual harassment and distinguish it from friendly behavior
  • Understand how identity and context shape how harassment is perceived and experienced
  •  Build empathy for those impacted by harassment and offer appropriate support
  • Apply effective bystander strategies to prevent and interrupt harmful behaviors
  • Increase confidence and commitment to take action in real-time situations
  • Navigate workplace policies around reporting, documentation, and retaliation prevention
  • Access organizational and community resources for additional support

An optional module is available for supervisors and managers, focusing on leadership strategies for creating respectful environments, modeling appropriate behavior, and responding to reports with care and accountability.

This training empowers teams to create safer, more inclusive workplaces—where everyone plays a role in preventing harassment and promoting a culture of respect.

Perfect for employees, managers, HR professionals of all businesses, corporations, and organizations.
