Bilingual Resource Navigator

The Blue Bench is seeking a bilingual resource navigator to join our team. As a member of the Client Services Team, the bilingual resource navigator serves as an advocate for individuals impacted by sexual assault by responding to calls on the Resource Line, assessing for need and offering non-judgmental emotional support, crisis stabilization, information, and referrals, with a particular emphasis on Latinx communities. The Resource Line is our single point of entry for clients and others seeking support, information, and referrals. It is essential that those individuals reaching out are met with compassion and care. The bilingual resource navigator greets all guests and is a welcoming first point of contact for all that come to The Blue Bench.

Bilingual Case Manager

The Blue Bench is seeking a bilingual case manager to join the Client Services Team. This position serves as an advocate for victims of sexual assault as they navigate through the criminal justice, medical and social service communities, with a particular emphasis on Latinx and Spanish-speaking communities. For this role, the delivery of services in Spanish is essential. The bilingual case manager assists clients with accessing needed resources, developing support systems and provides emotional support and crisis management to clients through the process of moving from being a victim to becoming a survivor; they also build and maintain partnerships in the community to support survivor needs. As a community advocate, the bilingual case manager educates the metro Denver community on the issue of sexual violence, to enhance utilization of The Blue Bench’s services by Latinx and Spanish-speaking individuals.

Crisis Services Coordinator

The crisis services coordinator oversees the hotline and hospital survivor response program. They manage the recruitment, training, evaluation, engagement, retention and supervision of volunteers and on-call staff, who work primarily with victims/survivors of sexual assault and abuse. The coordinator will provide excellent holistic support to both clients through direct service and volunteers and on-call staff through regular supervision. The coordinator ensures the program is run efficiently and effectively and uses data to inform the organization of any changing trends or needs.

Case Manager

The Blue Bench is seeking a Case Manager to join the Client Services Team. Therapist

The Blue Bench is seeking a therapist to join the Client Services Team. This position provides individual and group trauma therapy to survivors of sexual assault and sexual abuse; they participate in personal and professional development in order to engage in best practices. They provide clinical supervision to interns and engage in some community networking and outreach.

Communications and Outreach Coordinator

The Blue Bench seeks a detail-oriented and creative communications and outreach coordinator. The individual in this role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department’s communications, fundraising, and outreach activities and will assist in coordinating major events on behalf of The Blue Bench. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who is creative and detail-oriented and who is excited to grow their experience in nonprofit communications and outreach.
