The purpose of the Cross-Cultural Therapist is to provide therapy and advocacy services to survivors of sexual assault and abuse with a particular emphasis on underrepresented/underserved communities. This position also conducts community outreach to educate the community about the issue of sexual assault, to enhance utilization of The Blue Bench’s services by underserved communities, and to develop culturally relevant services.

We are currently seeking a talented individual with a passion for team work and precise job output for a Database Administrator position (part time averaging 20 to 30 hours per week). The Database Administrator’s (DBA) primary responsibility is to effectively maintain donor information in The Blue Bench’s database and to prepare reports and communications utilizing that information to engage and enrich relationships with our supporters.
This DBA position reports to the Development Manager and takes direction from the Communication Manager as well. This position will serve work to ensure that The Blue Bench’s database is understood by new and existing users, data is up to date and to help the system grow and evolve. Previous experience working with a donor relation database such as Bloomerang and Mobile Cause are preferred.

The Blue Bench is currently hiring for both Flexible Hourly Part-Time Prevention Specialists and 20-Hour Part-Time Prevention Specialists.
Do you have experience as a workshop facilitator or educator? Are you passionate about sexual violence prevention? If so, working as a Prevention Specialist with The Blue Bench might be the job for you! The primary role of the Prevention Specialist is to be an engaging and professional facilitator within all of The Blue Bench Prevention Programs. This position requires excellent public speaking skills, a strong understanding of the dynamics of sexual violence, and ability to work flexible hours. Flexible Hourly Part-Time Prevention Specialists:
- Have the option to schedule their prevention programs as they are available week-to-week, and have flexibility in the number of hours worked each week (between 0 and 40 in any given week)
- Facilitate prevention programs and do not have administrative duties in The Blue Bench office

- Have set hours each week that will generally fall between 7:30am and 2:00pm to accommodate traditional school hours (our busiest hours), totaling 20 hours per week (with the option to take on additional prevention programs beyond the 20 hours)
- Spend some of their time on administrative functions in The Blue Bench office when not scheduled for an offsite prevention program
