Resource Navigator

The Blue Bench is seeking a Resource Navigator to join our team. As a member of the Client Services Team, The Resource Navigator serves as an advocate for individuals impacted by sexual assault by responding to calls on the Resource Line, assessing for need and offering non-judgmental emotional support, crisis stabilization, information, and referrals. The Resource Line is our single point of entry for clients and others seeking support, information, and referrals. It is essential that those individuals reaching out are met with compassion and care. The Resource Navigator greets all guests and is a welcoming first point of contact for all that come to The Blue Bench.

Case Manager

The Blue Bench is seeking a Case Manager to join the Client Services Team. This position serves as an advocate for victims of sexual assault as they navigate through the criminal justice, medical and social service communities. The Case Manager assists clients with accessing needed resources, developing support systems and provides emotional support and crisis management to clients through the process of moving from being a victim to becoming a survivor; they also build and maintain partnerships in the community to support survivor needs.

Executive Support Specialist

The executive support specialist (ESS) provides direct executive support to the executive director through administrative and operational problem-solving and is responsible for regular and confidential coordination and communication with stakeholders, including the board of directors, donors/funders, staff and key community constituents. 

Reporting to the executive director (ED,) the ESS provides daily administrative support by maintaining calendars, appointments, and preparing meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action steps. The EOC is also serves as administrative and management support for the board of directors. Additionally, the EOC will work collaboratively with HR and finance external partners to ensure smooth internal functions and provide separation of duties for finance compliance.

Bilingual Resource Navigator

The Blue Bench is seeking a bilingual resource navigator to join our team. As a member of the Client Services Team, the bilingual resource navigator serves as an advocate for individuals impacted by sexual assault by responding to calls on the Resource Line, assessing for need and offering non-judgmental emotional support, crisis stabilization, information, and referrals, with a particular emphasis on Latinx communities. The Resource Line is our single point of entry for clients and others seeking support, information, and referrals. It is essential that those individuals reaching out are met with compassion and care. The bilingual resource navigator greets all guests and is a welcoming first point of contact for all that come to The Blue Bench.

Lead Therapist

The Blue Bench is seeking a lead therapist to join the Client Services Team. This position provides individual and group trauma therapy to survivors of sexual assault and sexual abuse; they participate in personal and professional development in order to engage in best practices and support the clinical integrity of the Clinical Team. They provide leadership to the Clinical Team, supervision to clinical interns and engage in community networking and outreach.

Post-Conviction Victim Advocate

The Blue Bench is seeking a post-conviction victim Advocate to join the Client Services Team. This position serves as an advocate for victims of sexual assault as they navigate the post-conviction phase of the criminal legal system. The post-conviction victim advocate provides outreach and advocacy while assisting clients with accessing needed resources. This role offers an avenue for victims to remain informed and heard while the person who harmed them is serving their sentence. The post-conviction victim advocate will also provide victim representation on inter-disciplinary teams and in statewide groups to ensure the needs of victims are heard on all levels.

Business Manager

The Blue Bench is seeking a Business Manager to join our team. The manager is, in partnership with and under direction of the Executive Director, responsible for the day-to-day financial management of The Blue Bench, serves as the internal liaison for all human resource needs,  and has oversight of operations functions performed by the Operations Coordinator. This role will work closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Leadership Team, and external finance and HR firms to ensure internal operations are secure and sustainable, and that the organization’s commitment to equity is embedded in all finance and HR functions.

Flexible Part-Time Prevention Specialist

The primary role of the Flexible Part-Time Prevention Specialist is to be an engaging and professional facilitator within The Blue Bench Prevention Programs. Our programs are developmentally appropriate and rooted in scientifically supported approaches. Programs range from 1 hour to 6 hours and are frequently scheduled over multiple days to complete the full curriculum. The position is hourly, and the scheduled hours for Flexible Part-Time Prevention Specialists will change week-to-week based on the needs of our community partners.
