Bilingual Resource Navigator

The Blue Bench is seeking a bilingual resource navigator to join our team. As a member of the Client Services Team, the bilingual resource navigator serves as an advocate for individuals impacted by sexual assault by responding to calls on the Resource Line, assessing for need and offering non-judgmental emotional support, crisis stabilization, information, and referrals, with a particular emphasis on Latinx communities. The Resource Line is our single point of entry for clients and others seeking support, information, and referrals. It is essential that those individuals reaching out are met with compassion and care. The bilingual resource navigator greets all guests and is a welcoming first point of contact for all that come to The Blue Bench.

Lead Therapist

The Blue Bench is seeking a lead therapist to join the Client Services Team. This position provides individual and group trauma therapy to survivors of sexual assault and sexual abuse; they participate in personal and professional development in order to engage in best practices and support the clinical integrity of the Clinical Team. They provide leadership to the Clinical Team, supervision to clinical interns and engage in community networking and outreach.

Flexible Part-Time Prevention Specialist

The primary role of the Flexible Part-Time Prevention Specialist is to be an engaging and professional facilitator within The Blue Bench Prevention Programs. Our programs are developmentally appropriate and rooted in scientifically supported approaches. Programs range from 1 hour to 6 hours and are frequently scheduled over multiple days to complete the full curriculum. The position is hourly, and the scheduled hours for Flexible Part-Time Prevention Specialists will change week-to-week based on the needs of our community partners.

Client Services Coordinator

The client services coordinator position will play a key role in supporting the operations and programming of the Client Services team. The client services coordinator will be responsible for helping to ensure that systems and processes are effective and efficient; will be instrumental in the coordination and upkeep of program material and data-entry; will support overall administrative /logistical functioning of internal processes to help build capacity for service to clients, as well as program growth/development.

Bilingual Case Manager

The Blue Bench is seeking a bilingual case manager to join the Client Services Team. This position serves as an advocate for victims of sexual assault as they navigate through the criminal justice, medical and social service communities, with a particular emphasis on Latinx and Spanish-speaking communities. For this role, the delivery of services in Spanish is essential. The bilingual case manager assists clients with accessing needed resources, developing support systems and provides emotional support and crisis management to clients through the process of moving from being a victim to becoming a survivor; they also build and maintain partnerships in the community to support survivor needs. As a community advocate, the bilingual case manager educates the metro Denver community on the issue of sexual violence, to enhance utilization of The Blue Bench’s services by Latinx and Spanish-speaking individuals.

Development Coordinator

The Blue Bench seeks a detail-oriented development coordinator to join our development department. The development department is responsible for raising $2M+ annually through individual and institutional contributions, corporate partnerships, fundraising events, and maintaining and strengthening the organization’s relationships with its supporters and members. The coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development department, oversight of all aspects of the donor database, managing special events and event sponsors, and providing administrative support to the development department.

Director of Philanthropy

The Blue Bench is seeking a director of philanthropy to lead fundraising efforts and build mission awareness with current and future stakeholders. The director will focus on building philanthropic support (individual, corporate, and foundation donors) and will ensure the integrity of the department with strong leadership and mentorship. This is a highly collaborative role – the director will work closely with the executive director and communications and outreach manager to design and execute a realistic, yet ambitious fundraising plan. The director will directly support the executive director, as well as board of directors and committees with fundraising guidance and relationship management. They will work in partnership with the communications manager to build brand awareness and align fundraising goals.
