Following a sexual assault it is normal to feel nervous, frightened and unsafe in a particular place or situation. Sometimes those places can be as close as our own homes or our own bodies. Regaining your feeling of safety is an important step towards healing and we can help you get there.

Our Case Managers provide assistance and referrals for basic needs such as shelter, food, clothing, and rent assistance. Case Managers can provide assistance and support with the medical and reporting process as well as accompaniment to hospitals, law enforcement agencies, and court appointments. They also assist with applying for victim compensation, orders of protection, address confidentiality, etc.

Our therapists provide both short-term and long-term therapy, as well as various therapeutic groups, including trauma-informed yoga and art groups. Additionally, knowing that sexual assault can have significant impact on friends and families of the survivor, we also offer a workshop for family and friends.
