Thank you for your desire to do more to fight sexual violence in Denver. We are always in need of volunteers, special skills, item donations and more. Browse though some of the options below to find your perfect donor fit.

With direct service opportunities such as staffing out 24/7 hotline or accompanying survivors to the hospital, as well as helping in the office from research projects and data entry to community outreach and more, our volunteer program has options to fit multiple schedules and interests.

From yoga classes to hair shows to brewery nights to backyard BBQs, businesses and residents all over metro Denver have been hosting small events and donating some or all of the proceeds to The Blue Bench. Have an idea for an event? We'd love to hear about it!

Have access to things like art supplies, reams of paper, water bottles, pens, etc.? We're always in need of items to keep our office running as well as items appropriate for silent auctions. We'll post a list of needs as we have them, but encourage you to submit an idea here.
